    Non-irritating cleanser specifically formulated for the eye micellar water or creamy eye makeup remover are good options to remove all makeup products. Avoid harsh facewash or any type of product on eye as eye is the most sensitive part. Gently press the cotton pad against your closed eyelid and let it sit for few seconds. This dissolve makeup without vigorous rubbing. Avoid using regular face wash on eye as they can cause damage or irritation on eye.

    Adequate sleep:

    Adequate sleep is crucial for eye health specially area around eye. During sleep body focuses on repairing and regenerating cells, including those around eye. Proper sleep helps balance fluid in body which can reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Adequate sleep helps relieve eye strain caused by too much screen time and other visual stress. Intake of balance diet is also essential for proper sleep make eye relax.

    Avoid rubbing:

    Rubbing increase the friction between hands and eye and cause allergies. Avoid touching eye too much with dirty hands. Use fingertips to gently apply any product on lip or under eye area, as skin around eye is very delicate. These allergies make eye swell and extreme red that cause irritation and itching in eye.
