Effects of Diet on Healthy Skin
Antioxidants:

Foods rich in monounsaturated fats are avocados, oils and nuts. Protein Protein is an important substance inside and outside the human body. It is important for collagen production. As we age, human skin begins to lose the essential collagen in the skin. Protein prevents skin thinning and also supports skin elasticity and structure. Protein contains amino acids that are essential for skin repair and cell renewal. Foods rich in protein are meat, eggs and fish. Dairy products are rich in protein.
Processed Foods:
Processed foods, also known as fast food, contain unhealthy fats. Fatty foods are high in sugar and salt and are not good for fiber. Since sebum production is uncontrolled, it can cause heart disease, acne, or chronic skin problems. Eating a diet rich in whole (mostly unprocessed) foods is good for your skin.
